1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to OfficeStore, a pantry and office supplies management platform ("Service" or "Platform") operated by OFFICESTOREAPP ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

By accessing or using the OfficeStore platform, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms," "Agreement"). If you are entering into this Agreement on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS, DO NOT USE THE SERVICE.

1.1 Acceptance Mechanism

You accept these Terms by:

  • Creating an OfficeStore account
  • Checking the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" box during registration
  • Accessing or using any part of the Service after these Terms are posted

1.2 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to you via email notification, in-app notification, or notice posted on our website.

Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of modified Terms.

2. Service Description

2.1 Platform Overview

OfficeStore is a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides:

  • Supply Request Management: Automated workflows for submitting, approving, and fulfilling supply requests
  • Multi-Site Management: Hierarchical organization of sites and areas
  • Catalogue Management: Centralized item catalogues with pricing and descriptions
  • Role-Based Access Control: User permission management with defined roles
  • Approval Workflows: Configurable multi-level approval processes
  • Reporting & Analytics: Dashboards and reports for spending visibility
  • Audit Trail: Complete logging of all system actions for compliance
  • Multi-Tenant Architecture: Secure data isolation between organizations

2.2 Service Availability

We strive to provide 99.5% uptime availability, excluding scheduled maintenance. We provide reasonable notice for scheduled maintenance via email and in-app notifications.

3. Account Registration and User Obligations

3.1 Account Creation

To use OfficeStore, you must:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Create a unique organization account
  • Designate at least one administrator
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly update account information when it changes

3.2 User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

  • Share account credentials across multiple individuals
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

4. Subscription Plans and Fees

OfficeStore offers multiple subscription plans with tiered pricing based on the number of users and selected features. Detailed plan features and pricing are available on our pricing page.

4.1 Payment Terms

  • Payment is due upon subscription activation
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before renewal date
  • We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods via our payment processor (Paddle)
  • All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or explicitly stated

4.2 Taxes

All fees are exclusive of taxes. You are responsible for all applicable taxes (sales tax, VAT, GST, etc.) based on your location.

5. Data Ownership and Security

5.1 Your Data

You retain all ownership rights to data you input into OfficeStore ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use Customer Data solely to provide the Service.

5.2 Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption at rest and in transit (TLS/SSL)
  • Multi-tenant data isolation with row-level security
  • Regular security audits and penetration testing
  • Access controls and authentication
  • Backup and disaster recovery procedures

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

6.1 Liability Cap

Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months immediately preceding the claim.

6.2 Excluded Damages

We are not liable for:

  • Indirect damages: Lost profits, lost revenue, lost data
  • Consequential damages: Business interruption, loss of opportunity
  • Punitive damages: Penalties or punishment
  • Special or incidental damages

7. Termination

7.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time via account settings or by emailing [email protected]. Termination is effective at the end of your current billing period.

7.2 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Service is immediately revoked
  • Your data is retained for 30 days, during which you may export it
  • After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted
  • You remain liable for all fees incurred before termination

8. General Provisions

8.1 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

8.2 Entire Agreement

This Agreement (including Privacy Policy and other referenced policies) constitutes the entire agreement between you and OfficeStore regarding the Service.
